7 October 2025 – Registration and weighing, Team’s Arrival
8 October 2025 – Informing the Team Presidents about the Competitions
9 October 2025 – Free Time
10 October 2025 – 22. th Euro-Asia GTF Balck Belt OpenTaekwondo Championships
11 October 2025 – Open Coloured belt Champıonchips / Award Ceremony and Closing
12 October 2025 – Team’s Departure
The Fee for the Teams that will participate in the competition will be paid by themselves :
– The Countries that will Enter the Team Competitions will pay 100 euros for each competition.
– Athletes who will enter Individual Competitions will pay 25 euros for each competition.
These fees will be paid in advance on Team registration Countries requesting visas should let us know in advance.

AWARDS
Competitors taking 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd place will be awarded with medals and diplomas. The most successful teams in overall standings (1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd place) will be awarded with trophies.

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
Medical assistance during the championship will only be available for competitors. It is participant’s responsibility to have full medical insurance. The organizer will not be responsible for any injury or loss before, during and after the Championships.

ACCOMMODATION NOTE:
Dear Grand Masters, Masters, National President!
Those of you who brings the athletes to the 22th Euro-Asia Gtf Taekwondo Championship 35th TRNC Wtf Taekwondo Championship, 10th World Budo Martıalarts Wold Championship 2025 in Girne TRNC will have free accommodation. Free accommodation will be provided to the Umpires in days of work (4.Dan and the top degree).
